High-frequency Electrodeless Induction Lamp , also called induction lamp , integrates the latest scientific development of power electronics,plasma ,and magnetic material.Without an electrode,the energy is coupled to the lamp by high frequency induction magnetic field.The gas inside the lamp is excited by the magnetic field and turned into plasma.When the excited atoms of plasma return to the ground state,they radiate the 254nm UV light ,which is converted into visible light by phospor coating on inner glass surface in the same manner of fluorescent lamps.The new technology solves the electrode-aging problems,which results in maintenance-free and long lifetime of the lamp.
